Fit and Fabulous For Spring  – 7 Day Jumpstart!

Spring is here and it’s time for a 7 Day Jumpstart! I like to do one every Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. I find it’s very helpful way to get me back on track with healthier eating and a more consistent exercise program. It’s also a great way to start shedding the extra pounds I’ve added from the cold winter season.
